Social Media Executive

After taking over from David as the link for the Digital Creative arm of the SRC project (though still under his careful guidance!), I was let loose to research the competencies required for a New Entrant Social Media Executive.  The competencies are detailed below.  Any thoughts on the competencies would be most welcome – let us know if you think anything should be added or removed.
